Motorists watched in horror as a man was thrown against a fence and trapped in a blockade during a wild rage in western Sydney.
The two men drove their car along The Horsley Drive in Fairfield on Tuesday afternoon and started exchanging blows as the traffic started to reverse.
Dashcam images captured the couple trying to dodge each other's punches in broad daylight while motorists tried to catch up.

At one point the smaller man was pushed off the road on the footpath where the fight continued.
He was finally grabbed by the arm and swung around before bumping into an oval fence.
The taller man put his arm around the man's head before he was put into a headlock.
It is not known what caused the rage on the road.
A spokesperson for the NSW Police told Daily Mail Australia that the local police were investigating the images.
The video has since been uploaded to Facebook and has been viewed more than 8,000 times.
Social media users have taken the video to throw the couple into battle.
