Formula 1 has taken over Las Vegas for the second year in a row, as the 22nd round of its world championship takes place in and around the iconic strip.

Triple world champion Max Verstappen can clinch his fourth consecutive world drivers’ championship simply by finishing ahead of McLaren’s Lando Norris, who is 62 points behind the Red Bull ace with three race weekends left. The two line up next to each other on row 3 of the grid with Verstappen qualifying fifth and Norris sixth. Mercedes’ George Russell will start from pole position, followed by Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz, Alpine’s Pierre Gasly and Sainz’s teammate Charles Leclerc. Verstappen won last year’s event, his first on the Las Vegas strip circuit and his first in the city in more than 41 years.
