A body modification fan named ‘the skull’ and ‘Satan’ has revealed his latest transformation after deliberately damaging his own face.
Fernando Franco de Oliveira, from Brazil, has made headlines in the past for his unique appearance, which includes a forked tongue, tattooed eye, mangled ears, and even vampire fangs.
He has more than 18 customizations in total and claims to have tattooed 99 percent of his body.
Now Fernando has revealed his latest modification – done using a soldering iron.

“I’ve always wanted to be different from society, so I started developing my modifications in 2000,” said Fernando.
“That is, I started getting tattoos on my body and in 2014 I was completely covered.
“I started tattooing my eyes, then came the implants, ear mutilations, my nose was cut off, my vampire fangs put in, and now I have my scars.”
Hailing from Tatuí, São Paulo, Brazil, Fernando shared the new change on social media (@FernandoFrancoDeOliveira), where users were amazed.
In a clip, he can be seen speaking into the camera before turning his face to the side to show the scars.

The viral video has so far garnered over 51,000 views, 450 likes and hundreds of comments.
Social media users have come out in droves to share their views, with some comparing Fernando to ‘Satan’.

But Fernando doesn’t seem bothered by the comments.

He added: ‘When I go out on the street I would say 70% of people think I’m great and my adaptations are incredible.
‘I have fans asking to take a picture with me too!
‘The other 30 percent look at me rather strangely, some call me Satan, demon, and some even say I’m going to hell.
“But I believe that the people who judge me are ignorant and foolish people, because the only one in the universe who can judge is God.”
Fernando has so far spent 160,000 reais (£26,048) on his modifications.
