Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock reunited on Tuesday night and surprised fans with their youthful appearance at 60 years old.
The former co-stars attended Beyond Fest’s sold-out 30th anniversary screening of their hit film Speed at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood.
The actors previously reunited when they starred in the 2006 fantasy romance The Lake House.

Dr Joel Kopelman, a facial plastic surgeon based in New York City, told DailyMail.com: ‘Both stars look incredibly natural, suggesting they’ve opted for subtle, well-executed procedures rather than anything overly dramatic.’
Dr. Kopelman said the Miss Congeniality star’s “smooth skin, well-defined jawline and minimal signs of aging around the eyes point to a combination of treatments.”
“You likely received neuromodulators such as Botox to soften fine lines, particularly around the eyes (crow’s feet) and forehead,” Dr. Kopelman predicted. “In addition, subtle dermal fillers could have been used to maintain the volume of her cheeks, giving her a more youthful contour.”
Dr. Kopelman also believes that “the glow of your skin suggests that you have invested in treatments such as laser resurfacing or chemical peels to keep your complexion even and smooth over the years.”
When it comes to Keanu, Dr. Kopelman said the Matrix star “always had a naturally rugged appearance, and he has maintained this appearance well into his 60s.”
“You will likely use neuromodulators to soften fine lines and maintain a relaxed expression, which is especially evident around the eyes and forehead,” Dr. Kopelman continued. “You may have received dermal fillers to restore volume to areas such as the nasolabial folds or cheeks, helping to counteract the effects of age-related volume loss.”
“Keanu’s complexion is also remarkably even, which could suggest a good skin care routine and possibly laser or microneedling treatments to maintain skin texture,” Dr. Kopelman advised.
Dr. Kopelman believes both stars “have likely combined these subtle procedures with high-quality skin care and regular maintenance treatments.”
Keanu and Bullock reunited to play Alex Wyler and Dr. Kate Forster in Alejandro Agresti’s 2006 fantasy romance The Lake House, which received dismal reviews.
Dr. Steve Fallek told FEMAIL that he believes Sandra underwent Botox and dermal fillers to maintain volume in her cheeks and lips.

Dr. Fallek agrees that Sandra likely underwent Botox, as well as dermal fillers to maintain volume in her cheeks and lips, and laser resurfacing or chemical peels to improve texture and address any sun damage.
Dr. Fallek believes Keanu “embraced a very natural aging process, although there are likely some subtle interventions.”
“Your lack of deep wrinkles, especially around the eyes and forehead, could indicate the use of Botox or a light touch with fillers to maintain a youthful structure to your face,” Dr. Fallek said.
“In both cases, they have likely maintained diligent skin care regimens over the years, including sun protection, hydrating facials, and antioxidant serums to keep their skin healthy and glowing,” Dr. Fallek told FEMAIL.
