Lovebirds Amy Robach and TJ Holmes seem to be taking their relationship to a new level and were spotted visiting a real estate office in New York City.
DailyMail.com spotted Amy, 50, getting out of an Uber at CHH Realty’s Manhattan office just minutes before TJ, 45, arrived.
The couple spent an hour inside before walking a few blocks for lunch at a Mexican restaurant.
DailyMail.com revealed in May that the couple planned to move in together once TJ’s lease is up at the end of the summer.
The virtually inseparable co-stars-turned-lovers have been itching to make a fresh start and further cement their relationship by forming a couple.
DailyMail.com spotted Amy Robach, 50, and TJ Holmes, 45, stopping at a Manhattan real estate office this week.
For her trip to the real estate office this week, Amy wore a navy tank top with matching pants. She has been seen leaving the real estate office in Manhattan.
DailyMail.com revealed that the couple planned to move in together once TJ’s lease is up at the end of the summer.
“They are together all the time anyway, mostly at home,” a friend of the couple told DailyMail.com exclusively in May.
And now it seems that they are taking their first steps.
For her trip to the real estate office, Amy rocked a navy tank top with matching drawstring pants.
Around her neck she wore the necklace TJ gave her for her birthday—a gold ring that he put on a chain—and she paired it with gold earrings and a crocheted bag.
TJ kept it casual in sweatpants, sneakers and a Nike T-shirt with ‘ARKANSAS’ in bold lettering across the front. He is an alumnus at the University of Arkansas, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.
“They’re together all the time anyway, mostly at their house,” a friend of the couple told DailyMail.com exclusively in May, when we broke the news that they were planning to move in together.
‘I know at first we might have thought this was just an adventure that would burn, but nuh-uh. They are engaged.
The source added: ‘They run together and go to their favorite gym pretty much every day. They’re out for romantic dinners… a little PDA at your local supermarket.’
Just a year ago, Holmes and Robach were on the prowl, keeping their relationship a secret from their spouses, partners, and the public. Or so they thought.
But DailyMail.com brought the GMA3 co-hosts to light in November when they were spotted at a romantic cabin in New York’s Shawangunk Mountains.
They were also seen drinking after work at a New York City bar.
Now their secret is out, they are focused, determined and very much in love and about to commit more to each other, and save money at the same time, sources say.
Two can live cheaper than one, especially in Manhattan.
Of course there are obstacles: Amy’s youngest daughter, 16-year-old Annalise, still lives with her.
The couple spent an hour inside before heading to a Mexican restaurant for lunch.
The couple is practically inseparable. They run together, shop for groceries together, and are often seen at romantic dinners.
Amy wrapped the necklace TJ gave her for her birthday around her neck and styled it with gold hoop earrings and a crocheted bag.
Since splitting up with Shue, Amy has moved into a co-op in the Village, however, she is frequently seen spending a lot of time at Holmes’ apartment in the Financial District.
TJ kept it casual in sweatpants and a Nike T-shirt with ‘ARKANSAS’ in bold lettering across the front.
In March, DailyMail.com revealed that Amy and her husband, Andrew Shue, had finalized their divorce after reaching a private settlement through mediation and custody of their beloved dog.
Robach and Shue, who have children from previous relationships, have been married since 2010.
The official split came about six months after the Melrose Place actor found out about their affair and subsequently moved out of his West Village apartment last August.
Months later, in December, days after their affair became public, Robach herself was seen moving out of the house, and her parents arrived to help with the move.
Robach and Shue had purchased the three-bedroom, two-bathroom Barrow Street property in 2018 for $4 million, according to ET.
GMA3 co-hosts TJ Holmes and Amy Robach spent a weekend together at a cozy cottage in the Shawangunk Mountain region of New York in November of last year. Holmes was seen giving his mistress a playful squeeze from behind him as she packed up the car.
TJ and his wife Marilee Fiebig separate around the same time that Amy and husband Andrew Shue’s marriage collapsed
The apartment was reportedly put on the market in September, after Shue is said to have found out about his wife’s affair with Holmes, and sold for $5.2 million in mid-November, just before the clandestine relationship came to light.
Robach has since moved into a co-op in the Village, however, she is frequently seen spending time at Holmes’ Financial District apartment, which he moved into full-time after separating from his wife Marilee Fiebig.
Holmes and Fiebig are said to have separated late last summer, around the same time Shue and Robach’s marriage collapsed, but the former GMA star only officially filed for divorce in late December.
