A suspended police officer who was filmed kissing his alleged mistress on duty can be photographed for the first time.
DailyMail.com can reveal that Francesco Marlett received a Bronze Medal of Valor from the Prince George’s County Police Department in 2021 – which requires officers to have exposed themselves to ‘unusual personal risk’.
Footage of Marlett, 34, went viral after he was filmed making out with a scantily clad woman before they both climbed into the back of her car.
His ex-wife, Paula, 29, has since claimed he had been having an affair for ‘years’ and was his ‘mistress’ in the streak with him.
It’s unclear exactly what Marlett did to receive the medal in 2021, but the officer has since been suspended for his actions in the back of the car – his third of the force.

The officer was unmasked on Tuesday, with the PGPD confirming that he had been suspended by the department pending an investigation.
Paula launched a scathing attack on her husband on social media, portraying him as the cop in the footage.
She claimed he had been cheating on her “for years” and said his mistress, Virginia Pinto, was dumped by her partner because of her own illicit affairs.
The mother-of-three reposted the footage with the caption, “That’s my husband and his mistress.”

In a Facebook post on Tuesday, Paula said it was “a very difficult time” for her and her three children.

The two women found themselves embroiled in a battle on social media, with Pinto hitting back saying she had “done nothing wrong”.
Marlett, pictured with the flag, has been suspended three times since leaving the academy in 2014.

Prosecutors alleged at the time that he was watching his girlfriend’s three-year-old son on December 27 as she cooked dinner, and began spanking his son after he soiled the bed.
While spanking the child, the boy’s head hit the wall and he passed out, prosecutors said.

His latest suspension comes after the shocking video shows the uniformed policeman kissing his scantily clad mistress in a park and then climbing into the back of his car with her.
The policeman was seen getting into the back of the vehicle himself before getting out 40 minutes later, according to witnesses.
The video first shows the couple kissing as the woman touches the officer’s head. The woman then walks to the back of the car, the officer’s arm around her.

Prince George’s County Police Union Chief Angelo Consoli confirmed that the union is aware of the video and that the police department is investigating.
“We support our officers in all investigations and ask people to reserve judgment until the facts come to light,” Consoli said. “At that time, we will reassess our position.”
Nelson Ochoa told WRC-TV he filmed the now-viral video on Labor Day while playing football with his family at Southlawn Park in Oxon Hill.
“As soon as I started recording, a car pulled up and a young woman got out,” Ochoa said.
“We couldn’t believe what we were seeing, and what really made us say, ‘Wow, that’s crazy’ was when the car started to sway a bit left and right.
“That’s when we were like it was crazy. In broad daylight, with children around.
Ochoa said Marlett and the woman left in opposite directions about 40 minutes into the affair.
“I’m glad I filmed it so Prince George could see what kind of officers they work for them and are supposed to protect the community,” he said.
