He shocked Australia when he forayed into the porn industry in the early 2000s after finding success as an AFL star in the 1980s playing for the Sydney Swans and Brisbane Bears.
Colorful football legend Warwick Capper, who has just turned 60, has revealed his next big career move as a brothel owner.
Capper gave Daily Mail Australia an exclusive tour of the property this week, after purchasing Westminster Secrets in Oakleigh, Melbourne for “six figures” and completely overhauling the interiors.
Sitting next to a stripper pole set up in the master suite, the larrikin explains he bought the brothel because of its connection to his childhood.
“I grew up here. The house is only one kilometer away. It feels a bit like home,” he said.

“I played football about half a kilometer away. Oakleigh Youth Club. I just thought it would be a good choice.
It turns out his mother still lives nearby.
“It didn’t bother mom. She was a little shocked at first, but she didn’t mind,” Capper said.
“I can’t believe it’s only a mile from my old house on Huntingdale Road. And here we are. When that happened, we thought, ‘You beauty.’

Capper went on to claim that he “got a good deal” on Westminster Secrets because he was “friends with the mayor”, although it is unclear whether this is true.
He wasted no time in overturning the seven-year-old establishment once he got his hands on it.
Spending “a few hundred” dollars on renovations, Capper retiled and repainted every square inch of the six-bedroom building.
And it seems the Victoria native is looking to make a pretty penny, as he hopes to make “another million” in profit.

“I played football about half a kilometer away. Oakleigh Youth Club. I just thought it would be a good fit,” Capper said of why he purchased the property.

“I think it could work in every state. So we think about a franchise and create one every year,” he said.
“Maybe next time call it Capperfornication: here for your satisfaction.” The caps are booming.
“We’re going to try to make people feel comfortable. Like a sports bar theme. People don’t feel bad being here. It’s a nice atmosphere. Easy parking.
“You have to go and tell everyone, but then the secret is out. Warwick Capper is changing the way the stripping industry evolves. And the porn industry and the escort industry is.

“Looking for good personalities. Looking for a presentation. I have to look nice. You have to smell good. And I want to make sure they’re on time,” he said.
The women working at the establishment will charge customers $280 an hour, with Capper taking a 50 percent cut of anything they bring in.
And despite his past sexual adventures, Capper insists he won’t “taste” any of the services his employees have to offer.
“Don’t think this mixes business and pleasure too well. It will cause problems, so I won’t do it. Anyway, I have a lovely wife myself, so everything will be fine,” he said.

As for what his fiancée Lisa Arocca thinks of her flamboyant partner’s new business venture, Capper said she’s all for it and is even willing to work at the brothel herself.
“She thinks it’s a good idea. I’m getting older now, so it gives us a bit of royalty. And we hope to have one every year,” he explained.
“We’re going to get a license and franchise it. Tasteful like McDonald’s.
He added: “Lisa could (work at reception). Get her out of bed. She’s 58 now, the old maid, but she looks 40.
