The TV presenter, 34, said she felt under pressure to slim down & # 39; and change its appearance & # 39; at a time when she was less comfortable with her body.

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, the model revealed that she was considering going under the knife because & # 39; so many people & # 39; would comment on her appearance – but she is now & # 39; happy & # 39; in itself.

Vogue said: & # 39; I used to consider changing many different things in my appearance.

& # 39; I have been that person. So many people say things about my appearance. I let it slide now, but in the past I really got hold of it and wanted to make changes.

& # 39; I tried to slim down after reading negative comments about myself – but now I am happy with the person I am.

& # 39; It only changed when I came to a point in my life that I felt comfortable in myself, which only happened in the last few years, perhaps because of my age.

& # 39; When you grow up, you are less happy with your body and how you look, but as I get older, it is no longer the number one priority. & # 39;

Vogue's life has changed in recent years since she met man-31, Spencer Matthews, while participating in the Channel 4 celebrity ski competition The Jump in early 2017.

The couple became engaged in February 2018 and married in an intimate ceremony on the estate of the Spencer family, Glen Affric, in June in the Scottish Highlands.

Spencer and Vogue welcomed their son, Theodore, now 14 months, three months later in September 2018 and celebrated their union with a second wedding party for their friends in London in September 2019.

Vogue, co-presenting the new BBC Three-show Plastic Surgery Undressed with Mobeen Azhar, has now renounced all procedures in the future.

She told MailOnline: “I don't think I could do it, it's really very scary. I like a real, good deep face, I have had the face of the vampire. But I have my limits. & # 39;

The first episode of Plastic Surgery Undressed comes weeks after actress Jameela Jamil, 33, criticized Caroline Flack's new cosmetic show The Surjury.

In the Channel 4 series, applicants see their reasons for an operation on a panel before deciding whether they are worthy of the procedure.

In the event that 75 percent of the panel returns their case, the applicant will receive the procedure for free.

But Vogue said that Plastic Surgery Undressed – her first major presentation performance in the UK – does not offer participants the chance to get work done for free.

She explained: & # 39; Our show is more about educating people and providing all the information they need so that they can make an informed decision about what can change a life.

& # 39; We want to show people the cold, harsh truth of what actually happens during an operation, with some horror stories on it. People are going to undergo surgery, but hopefully this will make them think twice. & # 39;

While filming the show, Vogue watched live and & # 39; was shocked & # 39; let down by the intensity of the procedures.

She said: & # 39; I thought I knew what each type of operation meant, but I definitely didn't.

& # 39; I have forgotten that it is an operation! You just think, "Oh, they're going to get a nice nose," but you forget everything that happens. Some of them were pretty hard to watch!

& # 39; That is the most shocking part. I was surprised by a lot of things and not everything was something my stomach looked at with great pleasure! & # 39;

Plastic Surgery Undressed will be available on BBC Three on iPlayer from 10 am on November 17. The first episode will also be broadcast on BBC One at 10.45 pm on November 19.
