A two-time White House physician, Rep. Ronny Jackson, has revealed the most worrying signs of President Joe Biden’s mental decline that were evident as early as 2019.

Jackson joined the White House Medical Unit under George W. Bush in the mid-2000s before serving as the president’s physician from 2013 to 2018, where he cared for Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump.

The Republican congressman from Texas didn’t mince his words when he spoke exclusively to DailyMail.com about Biden’s suitability for the Oval Office with just 11 days left in his term.

I started talking about this in 2019 when I was running for office and when he was running for office Joe Bidenthe Texan shared, saying Biden was showing “the whole package” of age-related cognitive and physical decline.

“It was the cognitive things combined with the physical things. The way he shuffled when he walked, the stiff fence. He was confused. He had that blank, thousand-yard stare. He forgot the simplest things, you know, people’s names,” Jackson explained.

“I mean, he didn’t know exactly where he was. Sometimes you could tell he was disoriented. All those things together. I mean, everyone saw it. I’ve said this from the very beginning.’

Speculation about Biden’s declining mental state, which was put on public display during his disastrous debate with Trump in June, ultimately led to him abandoning his re-election campaign weeks later.

Jackson denounced those closest to the president, accusing them of covering up the president’s condition for their own political gain.

He said this includes his longtime subordinate, Kevin O’Connor, who currently serves as Biden’s doctor.

“But a lot of people hid it because they didn’t care about the country, or about him,” the Republican said angrily.

“They cared about their own political ambitions and about the power, authority and influence they had from being in his orbit,” Jackson added.

O’Connor, like Jackson, joined the White House medical unit under George W. Bush before later working in the Obama administration.

The president’s doctor has worked with 82-year-old Biden since 2009, when he was assigned to the vice president’s medical team.

O’Connor, a decorated military officer with 22 years of experience, has worked closely with the Bidens over the years.

He stood by the Biden family as the president’s late son, Beau Biden, was dying of cancer. The doctor also worked with Joe Biden’s brother James Biden in 2017 to create a health care program for veterans.

Jackson blasted O’Connor for his handling of the job and accused the president’s doctor of being “part of the Biden crime family” for covering up Biden’s decline.

“He worked for me for a long time,” the Republican said. “He worked for me for eight years in the Obama administration. He was Joe Biden’s doctor at the time.”

“He’s part of the Biden crime family,” Jackson said bluntly before backtracking.

“I can imagine, I don’t, I can’t prove that yet, but I know he’s been heavily involved with Hunter Biden and Joe Biden’s brother (James),” Jackson speculated.

“And you know, there are indications that he may have been involved in some things that were happening abroad. So I mean, I don’t know, that’s yet to be determined.”

When asked how specifically Biden’s doctor might have engaged in misconduct, Jackson demurred, though he accused O’Connor of failing to fulfill his obligations.

“He shouldn’t have been, you know, complicit in covering up all of this,” the Texan said.

“He has an obligation, not only to the president and his family, but to the country.”

The role of the physician to the president is not only to care for the president, but also to perform the office of the president, Obama’s former doctor continued.

Biden’s doctor “knows that very well, and he is.” has betrayed the trust that the American people placed in him,” the Republican said indignantly.

It certainly seems like an unpleasant position to be in to tell the most powerful person in the world bad medical news, but when it was as obvious as Biden’s decline, that would have been the right move, Jackson reasoned.

Jackson’s scathing review of Biden’s 2019 health declaration echoes concerns Republicans have been raising for years.

But allegations of Biden’s mental decline were confirmed in a Justice Department investigation into the president for keeping classified documents at his home in Delaware and at his office in Washington, D.C., after he left the government after serving as vice president. president had served.

Special counsel Robert Hur’s report, published in February 2024, found Biden was an “older man with a poor memory.”

Biden also has “decreased assets in old age,” the report continued.

The issue for the president finally came to a head during his dreadful presidential debate against Trump in June, where he rambled his way through a nationally televised broadcast, leaving many of his most ardent supporters stunned by his clear, undeniable decline.

Weeks later, after his poll numbers had fallen head and shoulders off a cliff and there had been much cross-party talk among Democrats, Biden dropped his presidential bid.

His age and decline had become too untenable a position to defend against the relentless criticism of liberals and conservatives alike.

‘JYou know, people don’t need me to tell them this. Everyone has had a family member who has experienced this. It’s sad to see, but it’s not something that we should tolerate in the Oval Office, as commander in chief, as head of state.”

“But everyone saw it, and everyone recognizes it for what it is, because they all had someone close to them who experienced this,” Jackson said of Biden’s age-related decline.

Returning to the question of how Biden has managed so far without more age-related scrutiny, Jackson went on to explain that he’s concerned about the precedent set by the president’s inner circle of the White House.

“Who made those decisions in the White House?” Because honestly, I don’t think it was Joe Biden. “I think there were people who were unelected officials, probably people with very little experience working in the West Wing of the White House, who were making a lot of these decisions, and it’s putting the country at risk.”

That risk is so serious, he said, that there must be a full investigation.

“I mean, you’ve got a week or two here where anything can happen. He is still the commander in chief, and he is clearly cognitively completely unsuited for this particular role. So I’m still concerned about it,” the Republican said.

‘It is a situation so serious that we have to look back and investigate what happened. We need to find out exactly how this happened. Who covered this? And you know, I mean, if we don’t do that, it’s just going to happen again.”

“Historically, it’s not the first time we’ve had an incompetent, disabled president who doesn’t make the decisions, but we can’t let that happen again. The world is too dangerous.’
