Simone Callahan has revealed how she coped with the death of her ex-husband Shane Warne.

The 54-year-old mother of Warne’s three children, said Women’s Day this week she practices yoga constantly to stay “aligned.”

Simone, who is a qualified yoga instructor, said honing her skills in the ancient arts helped her deal with her grief after Shane passed away in 2022.

“You carry it with you every day, but having my little rituals keeps me aligned with my purpose and feeling good,” she said.

“Grief has taught me to take nothing for granted and to try to do the best I can every day and do the work to stay strong.”
