It’s been a busy offseason for a quartet of soccer stars who, between vacation and preseason training, released their first rap single.

Joey Manu, Joseph Sua’ali’i, Sitili Tupouniua and Siua Wong will present their first album next week.

But the group, known as Dreamyourz, have given fans a taste of what’s to come by releasing their first official track, ‘We Rock The Party’.

The album, which is called ‘Off-SZN’, will be released on December 12 and released its debut track on Friday to great acclaim, with the song racking up over 20,000 views on YouTube in just two days.

In the upbeat and catchy song, the group opens the song by singing: ‘Who rocks the party who rocks the party? Let’s party, let’s get fired up.’

Some fans urged the players to continue playing football, but most of the reactions on YouTube were too positive.

The group is understood to have been working on the album for some time, with Sua’ali’i releasing a preview of the album in March.

The Daily Telegraph reports that the group was formed after the release of Manu’s song ‘Party All Night’, which was very well received by the public, racking up 148,000 streams online.

Bulldogs star Tupouniua, Toyota Verblitz star Manu, Wallabies undercover Sua’ali’i and Roosters second rower Wong are seen dancing around a basketball court during the night .

Sua’ali’i, fresh from Australia’s tour of Europe, is also seen rapping while sitting next to the Sydney Harbor Bridge.

‘How can you hate guys for following their dreams? Those bad boys,” one wrote in the comments of the video on YouTube.

“Good stuff guys,” added another. ‘Those were (fire) boys! You’re on.’

Even Roosters star Nat Butcher joined in and congratulated the football stars on Instagram, writing: “No one rocks the party like Sitili Tupouniua.”

Others added: “Stick to football.” Jokes boiz come on!’

The group will release their debut album next week on December 12, and they have been working hard to craft the album in the off-season.

It is understood that Manu has a recording studio in his house where he creates songs with his brother.

The group says their album was inspired by RnB, hip hop and Afro rhythms.

“We have our own unique sound, but we listen to a lot of RnB, hip hop and Afro rhythm artists,” Wong told The Daily Telegraph earlier this year.

‘We select those sounds and melodies and, whatever we want, we implement those sounds and techniques to create our songs.

“Joey will send us the instrumental before he goes into the studio and we’re supposed to create the lyrics.”
