For the first time since he was accused of sexual assault, former Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer is speaking out about the claims.
Claims by both Bauer and his accuser, Lindsay Hill, have been “withdrawn with prejudice,” according to attorneys.
Bauer, who played in Japan this past season after being cut from the Dodgers, posted an in-depth video of messages allegedly sent by his accuser.
He says Hill – who accused him of beating and sexually assaulting her – sent messages to friends saying he would be her “next victim” and asking one friend: “What should I steal?”
Bauer said she made the statement that he was her “next victim” in a text message sent “before she even met me” and that she was advised to “take his money.”

Legal claims by Trevor Bauer and Lindsey Hill, who accused him of sexual assault, have been settled ‘with prejudice’ in civil court and withdrawn and no payments have been made

Bauer posted a video on social media talking about the incident for the first time since 2021

In the video, Bauer shows text messages allegedly sent by Hill stating that he would be her ‘next victim’

After discovering Bauer’s net worth ($51 million at the time), Hill said she would try to get some of his money by “being an absolute w***e to try to get in on his 51 million” and that she ‘would need Daddy to strangle me’.
Bauer said Hill’s AA sponsor asked her if she felt guilty, to which she replied “not really.”
All of these messages and other “critical information” were “intentionally and unlawfully concealed from me and my legal team,” Bauer said.
That includes a video recorded by Hill showing herself in bed next to the pitcher as he slept.
Bauer says this video was “taken by Lindsay Hill herself the morning after she claimed she was brutally attacked, emotionally traumatized and desperate to get away from me.
“And now we have the metadata, so there can be no doubt that it was just minutes before she left my house on the morning of May 16, 2021, obviously without my knowledge or consent.
‘In it you see her lying next to me in bed as I sleep, grinning at the camera without a care in the world or any marks on her face.’
In August 2021, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied Hill a restraining order, saying Bauer “did not coerce or threaten her into sexual activity.”

Hill allegedly told a friend she would ‘absolutely w***e’ to take some of Bauer’s money

Hill accused Bauer of leaving her with bruises on her face and body after intercourse

But Bauer says this video was taken the day after the alleged attack – with no visible injuries. Bauer also says he was recorded in his sleep by Hill “obviously without my consent.”
“Some of you may not be aware of restraining order hearings,” Bauer explained. ‘I know I didn’t.
“But I have since learned that it is extremely rare for a request for a restraining order to be denied because the level of evidence you need to obtain one is extremely low. So you can make of it whatever you want.
He continued, “The fact is that I have never been arrested, never charged with a crime, and I won the only legal action that took place without my side of the story even being heard.
“And most importantly, as I have said from day one, I have never sexually assaulted Lindsay Hill or anyone else. So I sued her, prompting her to contradict me.
“Frankly, regardless of the outcome of the lawsuit, I have paid significantly more in legal fees than Lindsay Hill could ever pay me in her entire life.
“And I knew that would be the case going in.” But the lawsuit was never about the money for me. It was the only way for me to obtain crucial information to clear my name.”

Bauer has also been accused by an Arizona woman of raping her and choking her unconscious
But both lawsuits have now been withdrawn – with neither party offering any financial compensation, while Bauer retained his right to speak about the situation.
“Over the past two years, I have been forced to defend my integrity and my reputation in a very public setting,” Bauer said in closing the video.
“But hopefully this is the last time I have to do that because I’d rather focus on my job, winning baseball games and entertaining fans around the world. So today I’m happy that I can move on with my life.’
However, Hill is not the only woman who has accused Bauer of sexual assault.
In June, a woman in Arizona went public with allegations that the pitcher “raped her, held a knife to her throat and choked her unconscious.”
Bauer has also “categorically denied” the allegations in this case.
