She is the glamorous blonde who won Miss Universe Australia in 2017.

And on Tuesday, Olivia Rogers revealed a bizarre and simple trick to help get rid of canker sores.

The 28-year-old uploaded a video to her Instagram stories, saying she threw Vegemite over it to minimize the pain.

Clearly, Vegemite’s high salt content is a great balm for painful sores.

The model, a qualified speech pathologist, told her 153,000 followers that she was tired and feeling exhausted after a week of illness.

In the past, Olivia has called for more fairness and sincerity on social media.

The model pointed out that too many people pretend to have ‘perfect lives’ online and mask reality by only posting their ‘highlight pools’.

She went on to say it was important to protect other users, including young girls going through adolescence.

“There are so many wonderful wonderful people out there … and young girls put them on a pedestal and say,” I want to be like them, “she told the Herald Sun. in 2017.
