The former lover of WiseTech CEO Richard White has broken her silence after the billionaire resigned following a series of sex scandal allegations.

White, 69, finally resolved his long-running legal dispute with his former lover, laser clinic entrepreneur Linda Rogan, on Tuesday.

The conclusion of the damaging court case, in which Rogan alleged that White offered to invest in his business in exchange for sex, was not enough to save his job as CEO after weeks of lurid headlines.

It was announced Thursday that White will take “a brief period” of personal leave before assuming a new advisory role at the company he founded 30 years ago.

On Saturday afternoon, Rogan, 52, broke his silence with a cryptic nine-word statement on his Instagram Story, which he later deleted.

“I had to go to war for this peace,” Rogan wrote against a black background.

And he added: ‘So many messages of love and support. Thank you.’

Rogan, who owns a laser clinic in Double Bay, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, says she met White, 69, through his wife Zena Nasser.

Logan had claimed that White later offered to invest in his business in exchange for sex.

She launched a battle in Federal Court for a A $13.1 million mansion she said Mr White had bought her to live in with her three children, in Vaucluse, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Rogan, who never moved into the house, claimed he got the keys back after his partner Zena Nasser discovered they were in a sexual relationship.

Last year, Rogan was able to obtain a local court order for White, 69, to reimburse him for the $92,123 he allegedly spent furnishing the Vaucluse home.

Mr. White vacated the order and, in August, issued a bankruptcy notice against Ms. Rogan, which she sought to have set aside.

Mr White later resolved the matter with the beauty businessman.

Rogan, who owns laser clinics in Sydney, Cairns and New Zealand, said she met him through her partner Nasser, a former criminal defense lawyer.

Nasser allegedly sent Rogan an Instagram message in June 2022 that read, “We have some mutual friends and you appeared on my page… I never do this, but I said, ‘I have to message this stunning lady ‘. unknown.’

A month later, Nasser visited his Bionik Wellness clinic in Rose Bay and was introduced to Mr White over Facetime.

In court papers, Ms Rogan said her relationship with Mr White became sexual and he offered to buy her property in Vaucluse.

Richard White later settled the lawsuit with Ms. Rogan before he resigned as CEO of WiseTech (pictured: Mr. White with his wife Zena Nasser).

Mr White allegedly told Ms Rogan: “The structure will ensure that no one traces the property back to you or me.” Zena will never know that I own this house.

“You will live in this house forever,” Mr. White allegedly told Ms. Rogan after his lawyer purchased it for $13.1 million.

Rogan claimed that as he was preparing to move into the house the following month, he received a message from Nasser, who told him: “You didn’t have to lie…

‘Richard admitted it…please don’t come near me again.’

White’s legal battle with Rogan had a devastating impact on his company, which is worth more than $37 billion.

About $6 billion was wiped off the company’s market value on Monday and Mr. White wealth estimated at $9.7 billion fell about $2 billion as stocks plummeted.

Recent publicity about Mr. White’s personal life prompted WiseTech’s board of directors to review “the full range of matters” while “seeking more information and receiving outside advice.”

White will take “a brief period” of personal leave before taking on a new advisory role at the company he founded 30 years ago.

“It has been a challenging time for me personally, my family and close friends, and for the company I have built and truly love,” he said in a statement to the ASX.

“I want to reassure all those who have supported WiseTech, as customers, colleagues and shareholders, that I remain absolutely committed to seeing this incredible organization continue to thrive and grow in the years to come.”

WiseTech’s board of directors said they had agreed that the tech company’s founder would step down and that chief financial officer Andrew Cartledge would take on the role of interim chief executive.

Wise Tech Chairman Richard Dammery said White had “put the company and its shareholders first” with his decision to resign.

“Richard has consistently demonstrated a rare combination of foresight, intellect, ability and ambition,” Mr Dammery said.

“All great entrepreneurs achieve what others consider impossible, and Richard has certainly done that at WiseTech.”

The board confirmed that White will “participate” at its annual general meeting on November 22 and its investor day on December 3.

WiseTech has 18,000 customers in 170 countries.
