Former Fox host Dan Bongino has claimed his wife was dragged out of a glitzy Italian restaurant in Palm Beach on Friday night for waiting in the wrong line for the bathroom.
The pro-Trump podcast host, 48, said his wife Paula was “UFC style” removed from Cucina Palm Beach by an employee after enjoying a party for his friend’s birthday.
policy first reported that Bongino had been forcibly deported – but he used his The Dan Bongino Show podcast to slam the story, and said he was actually defending his wife Paula.
Bongino said he took the band’s check and left a cash tip for the waitress when he suddenly saw a ruckus erupt out of the corner of his eye. He said a man was “a bear hugging” a woman and carrying her.
He later realized it was his own wife, after seeing her bracelet.
Bongino said he thought they were going to slam Paula to the ground outside as he shouted, “Get your fucking hands off my wife.”

Bongino said the group of couples had a great evening and even released a clip he took minutes before the explosion, showing himself and his wife smiling and nodding to the upbeat music inside of the restaurant.
The story broke after Politico said Bongino had been kicked out of the facility, to which Bongino said, “It’s an absolutely FASCINATING take on what really happened.” Does Politico support physical violence against women? »
Bongino, who ran for Congress three times unsuccessfully, reportedly ordered bottle service from Cucina before being fired by staff.
In March 2021, Fox News announced that Bongino had been signed to host a weekend show, titled Unfiltered with Dan Bongino.

“The show that ended last week was tough. It’s not a big conspiracy theory, I promise you. There is no acrimony… We just couldn’t agree on an extension. That’s really it, he said.

‘I really had fun there. They’ve been good to me for ten years… It’s a sad day. They gave me the opportunity to do one last show, I don’t want you to think they showed me the door. It’s on me, not them, but I thought it best to go that route for now.
Bongino’s show, which airs Saturdays at 9 p.m. EST, was a hit for the network. The final episode drew 1.18 million viewers and ranked as the highest-rated primetime show of the day.

Bongino’s split with Fox News came shortly after the network agreed to pay Dominion Voting Systems a $787 million settlement in a defamation lawsuit.
Referring to the split’s timing optics, Bongino said, “the timing isn’t great.”
Fox News agreed to pay Dominion Voting Systems $787.5 million in an eleventh-hour settlement, avoiding a libel lawsuit over the network’s coverage of the 2020 presidential election.
Dominion had accused Fox News of repeating conspiracy theories regarding Donald Trump’s loss to Joe Biden and filed a $1.6 billion lawsuit against the network.
Dominion attorney Justin Nelson told a news conference Fox was paying $787,500,000 to settle the libel case, a figure he said “represents vindication and accountability.”
“Lies have consequences,” he said.
