A Romanian top-flight football club is under investigation after reports emerged that they had fielded an ineligible player, with his twin brother in disguise in his place.
As reported by brandEdgar Ie, 30, allegedly made his brother play five games with the Romanian team by posing as him.
Suspicions began to arise when Edgar Ie did not speak English, only Portuguese, despite having played in Holland, Spain and France.
If he is found guilty of what he is accused of, Dinamo Bucharest could be deducted eight points.

According to Romanian journalist Emanuel Rosu, the club asked the player in question to present his driving license to prove his identity.
However, he refused, which only increased suspicions.
Edgar Ie began his professional career at Barcelona after coming through the Sporting CP youth team.
However, he only made one appearance for the Catalan giants and spent most of his time at Barcelona B.
