Everton are said to be “interested in signing Wout Weghorst” from Burnley, with the Dutch striker having spent the last season on loan at Manchester United.
According to TalkSPORT, Erik ten Hag’s side ‘do not plan to sing the Dutchman permanently’ after his loan spell ends on June 30.
It means he will return to parent club Burnley having made 49 appearances while scoring 11 goals for the Red Devils in all competitions but failed to score in their league campaign.
