Eva Longoria campaigned hard for Kamala Harris to win the presidential election.
Now multifaceted Hollywood is breaking its silence about the disappointment of Donald Trump emerging victorious.
“The shocking thing is not that he won… It’s that a convicted criminal who spews so much hate can hold the highest office,” the Desperate Housewives actress told marie claire magazine.
“I would like to think that our fight continues… If he keeps his promises, it will be a scary place,” added the cover girl who posed for Félix Valiente.
She was accompanied in the interview by her old friend George Clooney.

Clooney and Longoria have raised funds together and connected over their mutual involvement in political activism.
He insists that in that time he has been more of a fan than a mentor. “She kicked ass,” he continues, referring to his work on Flamin’ Hot, about a janitor who helped create the classic chip.
‘Talent doesn’t sustain you in this business. It requires hard work, determination and brass balls. We know countless stars that went out. “The reason it’s still so relevant is because it doesn’t take no for an answer,” he said.
Also in the interview Eva talked about turning 50.
“For me, age is just a number, but I’m excited… I refuse to believe that my greatest success is behind me,” said the brunette beauty from Texas.
‘I am plunged into cold; I have red lights on; I do strength training with weights; I meditate; I’m writing a diary… I wake up with the sun; I’m doing the grounding; I have an Oura ring to track deep sleep; I am taking magnesium and other supplements; I’m doing everything.
“Not because I don’t want to grow old but because I do want to grow old.”

Longoria stopped by the Daily Mail office in New York to chat with Showbiz about her new book My Mexican Kitchen.
She also reflected on being a woman in the entertainment industry:
“I’m on time…I’m prepared,” she said.
‘Our industry is famous for men specifically failing. It’s like, ‘Do you have that movie? Didn’t he just… The last movie, did he just…? Wasn’t it a bomb? And they give him another (chance).
‘That’s great, but I couldn’t do that. I don’t have a second chance.
“I think for me there is no better position than to be underestimated because then you can always exceed your expectations.” I feel comfortable outperforming anyone in the room.
