Europa League final key moments: Bedlam, nerves and then sheer agony for Rangers

Rangers faltered at their final Europa League hurdle with a vicious 5-4 penalty shoot-out loss to Eintracht Frankfurt in Seville.

Joe Aribo had the Gers fans in ecstasy in the scorching heat of the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán stadium when he opened the scoring in the 57th minute.

However, Colombia striker Rafael Borre equalized in the 68th minute to give the match an additional 30 minutes where Frankfurt goalkeeper Kevin Trapp made a fantastic last-gasp save from Ryan Kent.

Then came the penalties and desperation from Gers, and in particular from substitute Aaron Ramsey, who was saved by the penalty.
