Estranged couple with four children found dead in home in Carramar, Perth

An separated couple with four children were found dead in a suburban home and homicide detectives were called to investigate their deaths.

Mark Stillman, 64, and his wife Lesley, 67, were found dead by detectives at a house on Golf Links Drive in Carramar, north of Perth, at 10.40am on Sunday.

Officers had been called to conduct a welfare check on the couple when they made the grim discovery.

Investigators found a body in the garage.

Dozens of officers were seen at the home on Sunday and police also spoke to nearby residents.

Detectives and forensic officers visited the home on Monday to begin their investigations.

A Western Australian police spokeswoman told WhatsNew2Day Australia there is no ongoing threat.

“Investigators can assure the community that there are no concerns for the safety of the general public,” the spokeswoman said.

Mr. and Mrs. Stillman were married and separated several years ago, however they lived together in the house, the Western Australia reported.

The couple had four children and were from the UK before moving to Australia.

A resident who lives on a quiet street said his wife spoke with Stillman over the weekend.

“We spoke to Lesley on Saturday morning, she was in high spirits, she was going to do Pilates with her friends and that was the last time we saw them,” she said.

“I think we will understand in a few days.”

Stillman was on vacation last month, visiting Cambodia and Thailand before returning home.

She had volunteered with Guide Dogs WA according to her LinkedIn page and completed an MBA at London Metropolitan University in 2001.
