Eric Clapton Claims People Who Have Had Covid Vaccine Are Victims Of ‘Mass Forming Hypnosis’

Eric Clapton has claimed that anyone who has taken the Covid vaccine has suffered: ‘mass formation hypnosis’.

The singer, 76, previously claimed he suffered alarming side effects following his AstraZeneca incentives and the release of the anti-lockdown single Stand And Deliver with Van Morrison in 2020.

In a new interview for The Real Music Observer YouTube channelEric has claimed that those subliminal messages hidden in advertisements led to people getting the jab.

He said, ‘Whatever the memo was, it hadn’t reached me. Then I started to realize that there really was a memo, and a man, Mattias Desmet [professor of clinical psychology at Ghent University in Belgium], talked about it.

‘And it’s great. The theory of mass hypnosis. And then I could see it. When I started looking for it a bit, I saw it everywhere.

“Then I remembered seeing little things on YouTube that looked like subliminal advertising. It had been going on for a long time: that “you don’t own anything and you’ll be happy” stuff.

‘And I thought, ‘What does that mean?’ And little by little I put together a kind of rough puzzle. And that made me even more determined.’

Mass psychosis — an attempt to hypnotize groups of people into following messages against their will — has been widely discredited by scientists.

When asked why he felt begged to speak out in the first place, Clapton explained, “My career was almost over anyway. By the time I spoke out, it had been nearly 18 months since I had been forced into retirement.

‘I joined forces with Van and was told that Van was against the measures and I thought ‘why is no one else doing this’, so I contacted him.

“He said, ‘I’m really just objecting. But it seems like we’re not even allowed to do that. And nobody else is doing it.”

“He sent me Stand and Deliver, which he had already recorded. And when I talked about that with another musician, got excited and shared the news, I found that nobody wanted to hear that.

What Are Some Common Side Effects Of A Covid Vaccine?

Like all medicines, Covid vaccines can cause side effects, but not everybody gets them.

Most side effects are mild and should not last more than a week, such as:

  • a sore arm from the injection
  • feeling tired
  • headache
  • painful feeling
  • feeling sick or being sick

One or two days after your vaccination you may also develop a fever or feel warm or shivering. If necessary, you can take painkillers such as paracetamol. If your symptoms get worse or if you are concerned, call 111.

If you have a fever that lasts longer than two days, a new persistent cough, or a loss or change in your sense of smell or taste, you may have Covid. Stay home and get tested.

You cannot contract Covid from the vaccine, but you may have contracted it just before or after your vaccination.

‘I was stunned, I seemed to be the only one who thought it was exciting or even appropriate. I’m cut from a cloth that if you tell me I can’t do something, I really want to know why.

“My family and friends got scared, and I think they were scared on my behalf.”

Clapton added that he also stopped watching the news because of the “one-way street about following orders and obedience,” which motivated him musically.

After speaking out, the hitmaker Wonderful Tonight – who is the father of daughters Ruth, 37, Julie, 20, Ella, 19, and 16-year-old Sophie – said: “My family and friends think I’m crazy anyway.

‘A lot has disappeared in the past year – a lot of dust around and people moved away pretty quickly.

“For me, it’s refined the kind of friendship I’ve developed. And it’s dwindled to the people I clearly really need and love.

“Within my family, that became quite crucial… I have teenage girls and an older girl in her thirties – and they all had to give me a little space because I couldn’t convince anyone of them.”

Clapton – who is married to Melia McEnery – added: ‘I would try to connect with other musicians and sometimes I just don’t hear from them.

My phone doesn’t ring very often. I don’t get that many texts and emails anymore.’

Clapton has been putting out anti-vaccination and anti-lockdown statements and songs for months.

In December 2020, Clapton joined fellow classic rocker turned anti-vaxxer Van on his song Stand and Deliver.

The song contains lyrics like ‘Do you wanna be a free man / Or do you wanna be a slave?’ and “Dick Turpin wore a mask too.”

Clapton has previously described a “disastrous” experience with the AstraZeneca vaccine, for which he blamed “propaganda” for pushing him.

The musician went on to say that he suffers from “peripheral neuropathy and should never have come near the needle.”

In a message to his music producer, he said: “I took the first shot of AZ [AstraZeneca] and immediately got violent reactions that lasted ten days.’

The 76-year-old said he “eventually recovered” but had further “disastrous reactions” six weeks later after the second shot.

He added: ‘My hands and feet were either frozen, numb or burning, and pretty much useless for two weeks, I was afraid I would never play again…

“I should never have come near the needle. But the propaganda said the vaccine was safe for everyone.”
