Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex attend the European premiere of The Lion King in Leicester Square on July 14, 2019.

With no royal restrictions, Meghan is free to sell her jam and do commercial work, which begs the question: Why did the late queen reject Harry and Meghan’s proposal for a new style of monetized royalty?

Could it be due to Sophie Wessex’s decision to continue working in public relations after her marriage to Edward?

The Queen approved of this new type of working royal, but changed her mind two years later when Sophie was caught being indiscreet about her royal connections when trying to impress potential clients.

It is an experiment that no one is in a hurry to repeat.

Spice Girl Mel BIn the photo, he remembers sitting next to Charles, then Prince of Wales, when he attended the premiere of the group’s 1997 film Spice World.

“He was laughing out loud and I was sitting there thinking, ‘Oh my God, this movie is amazing, everyone is really enjoying it,'” she recalls.

‘I said to Charles: “You’re really enjoying it, aren’t you?” and he said, “I’m a good actor.” RUDE!’

Slow Horses star Gary Oldman is still mourning his mother Kathleen, who was overjoyed when she won an Oscar in 2018 for her role as Churchill in Darkest Hour.

“She would always tell me, ‘Oh, you’re going to win an Oscar someday, honey.’ I’d just say, ‘Yeah, you never know. One day, mom,” she tells Saga magazine.

And I think she held on. I really do. I won the Oscar and she died. She let him go. Her mission accomplished.’

BBC Breakfast presenter Naga Munchetty, pictured, spontaneously admits she has slept naked since she was a teenager.

Will his late colleague Bill Turnbull (a man in button-down flannel pajamas if there ever was one) turn in his grave?

Anglicism’s latest delightfully silly clergyman, Ven Miranda Threlfall-Holmes, archdeacon of Liverpool, calls for more fighting against whiteness, adding that “whiteness” does not refer to skin color per se.

Of course, he admits in his X feed that he went to his optician last week. New glasses for the archdeacon, please!

Pig farmer and Charles in The Crown Dominic West tells Bath Life about his affection for his first pig.

“We killed it and now we can’t eat it,” he laments. ‘Poor Marla…’ Marla? ‘Yes, the boar was red and ginger, so we named him Donald.

‘And that’s why sows are named after their wives. We have Melania and Ivana left…’
