And Jeremy Piven momentarily returned to his famous television role during an interview at the NBL Championship Grand Final in Melbourne on Sunday.

Speaking live to ESPN at the match between Melbourne United and Tasmania JackJumpers, the Hollywood actor and comedian, who is currently touring Australia with his show, dropped the F-bomb when asked how Gold would motivate the United’s players. teams to win.

“Just let them know that we have a limited amount of time on this planet and you can be tremendously mediocre or you can go to hell after that,” Piven responded, before promoting his live comedy show.

“Yes, I’m at the Palais Theater on Tuesday night, here you go, here’s your free ticket, you’ll get a free meet and greet if you say ESPN to everyone,” he said.

Piven seemed to have a ballpark at John Cain Arena as he enjoyed the excitement of the game.

He wore a black and white striped shirt under a black jacket and completed his look with large lens glasses.

Speaking to ESPN in the second quarter of the game, Piven, who often attends NBA games in the US, was asked how he enjoyed the game.

Piven later dropped an ‘F-bomb’ on his character as iconic Hollywood agent Ari Gold, when the interviewer asked Piven how his character would motivate an NBL team.

“I love it and the level of competition here is high,” he said.

“And it’s fun to watch because everyone is very intense, they go after balls and I love it.”

Later that night, the JackJumpers pulled out a surprising victory, defeating the heavily favored home team 83-81 in an exciting game.

Piven enjoyed a successful eight-season run on Entourage from 2004 to 2011, culminating in a spin-off film released in 2015.
