Crown Princess Mary’s eldest son Prince Christian sparked engagement rumors after he introduced his ‘girlfriend’ Princess Maria Chiara di Borbone-Two Sicilies to his grandmother, Queen Margrethe.

“Chiara was in awe of the Queen – she dreamed of meeting such an iconic leader and she has been practicing her curtseys for months,” they added.
The princess appeared spellbound when she told the Danish press that she and the popular prince had a great friendship and had a lot of fun together.
