A bodybuilder who allegedly killed his girlfriend wrote in an Instagram post days earlier “remember you are going to die… and you don’t know when.”
Sven, a German-born fitness fanatic from Melbourne, is currently under police guard in hospital after mother of twins Monique Lezsak, 37, died of stab wounds.
Ms Lezsak and Sven exchanged several admiring messages on Instagram in the weeks leading up to the police call to the family home of the mother of two in Kassan Gardens in Endeavor Hills in south-east Melbourne.
Police arrived after reports of a serious altercation between a man and woman and found an injured nine-year-old girl next to Ms Lezsak’s body, whom paramedics were unable to resuscitate.
Sven, who is believed to be the murdered woman’s new boyfriend, has the words “don’t f*** with my vibe” as part of his Instagram biography.
The Instagram post about the death was on a list of “10 bitter truths” the self-proclaimed gym junkie posted about “mortality, happiness, and material wealth.”
The day before the alleged stabbing, Sven posted a strange video from an apartment’s fisheye security door camera, and his previous posts included statements about death, fate and being an “alpha male.”

Ms. Lezsak appears to have been dating Sven for only a few months, after taking a mutual interest in bodybuilding with the German-born fitness fanatic.

On May 20, Ms. Lezsak admired a photo Sven posted of himself during a visit to Germany, where he toured World War II bunkers, Hamburg and his hometown.
She spent time with a bodybuilder girlfriend in Queensland before returning to reunite with Sven in Melbourne, he posted “Bring that peach home already” and her reply “coming babe”.
On April 23, she had posted about spending time with Sven, writing “Weekend away with you” with a love heart and the hashtags “#datenight #dinner #fun #laughs.”
In other posts, Sven calls himself an ‘alpha male’ and writes ‘tough times don’t last, but hard men do’.
The pair also posted on Instagram about training hard to build their muscles and get slimmer.
Sven is in serious condition in hospital with ‘life-threatening’ injuries to the upper body, Victoria police confirmed.
The Victorian homicide team are investigating, but detectives have said they are not looking for anyone else, with the 52-year-old man under police guard at Alfred Hospital being the only suspect.
Detectives are also reportedly investigating whether he self-harmed.
Ms. Lezsak’s daughter is in stable condition in the hospital as she recovers from minor injuries.
It’s revealed that 16 years ago, Ms. Lezsak narrowly escaped death after being shot by a Hells Angels bikie.

In 2007, Ms. Lezsak was seriously injured when she was shot during a rampage by Hells Angels bikie Christopher Wayne Hudson, which left lawyer Brendan Keilar dead and Dutch backpacker Paul de Waard injured.
She recovered and the graduate professional bodybuilder and beauty therapist also worked as a disability caregiver.
Her shattered Finks ex-partner, Jye Carter, said she also dreamed of becoming a police officer and was in the process of applying for a job with the Victoria Police.
“She’s accomplished a lot in her life,” Mr Carter, the father of her twins, told reporters on Tuesday.
He described her as a “beautiful person” and a devoted mother to their son and daughter.

Mr Carter, who has previously served time in prison when associated with the Finks biker gang, said friends told him what had happened when they recognized Ms Lezsak’s house on the news.
He hurried there with his new girlfriend Kaera Douglas.
“She was just a really good mother. I can’t believe this happened, I really can’t,” he said.
“She’s put so much into our kids and her own family… she’s just the most beautiful person.”
Both of her twins – a boy and a girl – were said to have been in the house when the alleged altercation between Ms Lezsak and her boyfriend broke out.
The police are now trying to find out how the alleged fight went.

The Endeavor Hills neighborhood was overrun with police and forensics teams on Tuesday.
A middle-aged couple is said to have moved into the house where the alleged fight broke out two years ago.
The quiet cul-de-sac has since turned into a crime scene with a woman depicted in tears being comforted by officers.
A brown bag containing evidence was taken from a home.
A local resident described the street as ‘very quiet’.
Anyone with information or CCTV footage of the incident is asked to contact police.
