Emmerdale star Lisa Riley has signed a “long-term” contract to continue in the ITV soap.
The 48-year-old actress, who plays Mandy Dingle, shared her excitement at confirming her future on the show in a recent interview with Woman’s Weekly magazine.
She said: ‘I’ve just signed a new long contract and I’m very happy.
‘Paddy and Mandy bring a lot of joy to the show. You can rely on them to bring that little bit of fun and I love that.
‘It’s been 25 years since they first got married and I’d like to think I’ll still be on the show in another 25 years. I love it.’
