A year after her sting on The X Factor, the overweight star appeared on Lorraine Kelly Big Fat Challenge alongside her parents Philip (63) and Audrey (67) and her sister Sam (31).
But now Emma insists that she has turned her life around, describing how she gave up cakes, chips, cookies, bread, pasta, and potatoes in favor of healthier foods such as sushi, salads, and vegetables.
