The 32-year-old fashion model showed off her bump in a cropped hoodie.
The model, who recently showed off her underwear, added a black suede biker jacket that was worn open.
Ratajkowski contrasted the tones of her dark outerwear with a bright red maxi skirt that flowed gracefully as she made her way through the Big Apple.
The social media figure also added extra color to her look with beige platform boots.

She slung a small bag over her right shoulder, adorned with hoop earrings and dark sunglasses.
The entrepreneur’s beautiful brunette locks fell to her shoulders and matched the shades of her outerwear.
Ratajkowski shared a photo of her son Sylvester, two, on her Instagram Story on Thursday.
In the photo, the fashion industry figure’s child smiled and appeared to wave at his mother as she took the photo.
The model shares Sylvester with her estranged husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, whom she initially started dating in 2018.
The day job and her former partner shocked many when they tied the knot after just a few weeks of dating.
Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard then started a family with the arrival of Sylvester in March 2021.
The former couple remained together until the following July, when they split after the producer faced claims of infidelity and sexual misconduct.

The model spoke about being a mother during a subscriber-only Q&A session last March, in which she via Glamour that she was unsure about the prospect of starting another family in the future.
‘I think I would definitely like to have more children; I really enjoy being a mother. “I’m not sure I’m going to find someone I want to raise a child with,” she said.
However, Ratajkowski added that she was comfortable with the idea of raising a second child on her own.
‘Personally, I really enjoyed parenting on my own. So personally, I wouldn’t be afraid of getting pregnant and giving birth as a single woman,” she said.
