The couple met on the set of the Netflix series and their working relationship blossomed into a romantic one after starring as on-screen lovers.
American actress Ashley, 33, and English actor Paul, 30, play love interests Mindy Chen and Nicolas de Léon in the hit romantic comedy.
And sparks soon began to fly in real life: the couple made their debut in February, although they are believed to have been together since October 2023.
At Wednesday’s event, Ashley showed off a svelte figure in a gorgeous sparkly silver dress and matching platform heels.

Emily In Paris follows Emily Cooper (Lily Collins), an aspiring American marketing executive, who moves to Paris to bring an American perspective to a French marketing firm.
In the French capital, Emily tries to overcome challenges in her work, her love life and her friendships.
Ashley’s character, Mindy, is a Chinese-Korean American nanny and aspiring singer.
She is also the heiress to an estranged Shanghai business tycoon and Emily’s first friend in Paris.
Paul’s character, soon to be Doctor Who star Nicolas, is a businessman who attended the same Swiss boarding school as Mindy.
In August, Ashley revealed that Lily, 35, predicted she and Paul would get together before they even knew they liked each other.

Ashley took to Instagram to reveal her terrifying health scare that began with tonsillitis during a New Year’s holiday in Thailand.
He said he was in “excruciating pain” and struggled with “a lot of confusion” before entering the intensive care unit.
Speaking about her return to work after the ordeal, Ashley said: “Filming was physically demanding, something I’d never endured before. But I had to stop kidding myself that I had a right to feel that way.”
“I’m going to do my best in these stilettos and this latex skirt, and I’ll be able to be proud when I look back at this season and think about how much passion and hard work I put in just to be there.”
Ashley opened up about her struggles with her 2.8 million Instagram followers as she shared stunning photos from her hospital bed.
She wrote: ‘As I sit here processing and recovering from the first few weeks of 2024, the only word I can think of is gratitude.
‘While on vacation between December and New Year’s, what started as tonsillitis turned into critical septic shock, infecting and affecting several of my organs. I am grateful that my health has improved despite what we had been initially told.’
