And Emily Atack, 29, broke her silence about the split in an interview with OK! magazine as she said she had hoped he & # 39; happy end & # 39; used to be.
She said: & # 39; It has been a very, very difficult time and it is still very raw. Fortunately I have so many things happening in my life that distract me from the fact that I am incredibly sad.

Emily releases a new book called Are We There Yet? in which she talks about her life so far.
And she is searingly honest about her battles with depression and admits that she uses alcohol and antidepressants during her darkest moments – she is now medication free.
She said: & # 39; I know the exercise and I've passed boys before. Heartbreak becomes harder to cope with as you get older while you put your hope in things. I wanted so badly that this would be my happy ending & # 39;
She said: & # 39; I used medication to help me & # 39; to get out of bed in the morning during an incredibly difficult time and to dry up my tears, but I am no longer in that place. & # 39;
Emily admitted that she used medication for three years on the advice of her doctor instead of her therapist.
She said she is now & # 39; stronger & # 39; feels and is ready for what occupies her life, but notes that often the people who seem to be the most effervescent fight the biggest internal struggles.
In the book, Emily discusses her own thoughts about the # MeToo movement and recognizes that she has certain behaviors such as & # 39; joke & # 39; has rejected while she is actually & # 39; bl **** inappropriate & # 39; to be.
