Foxx, 56, was honored by his company Foxxhole Productions at a luncheon held at the Los Angeles Athletic Club.
The Terrell, Texas-born artist wore an all-black ensemble of a Dolce & Gabbana sports jacket over a black T-shirt, pants, and shoes at the event in Southern California.
The Oscar-winning actor donned glasses and sported a goatee at the reunion.

Fatima Robinson, choreographer, received the organization’s Salute to Excellence Award.
Last year, Robinson worked on a number of high-profile projects, including The Color Purple, the Oscars, the Grammys and Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé.
Filmmaker Deon Taylor, creator of Hidden Empire Film Group, received the Horizon Award, which recognizes him as a “rising talent,” the AAFCA said.
Also honored with the organization’s first Freedom Award was the late activist and marketing professional Michael Latt, who was shot to death at age 36 last fall.
Foxx posed alongside actress Jurnee Smollett while holding a glass plaque that was awarded to her.

Taylor, who created Hidden Empire Film Group, received the Horizon Award, which recognizes him as a “rising talent,” the AAFCA said.
The Million Dollar Baby star was a speaker at Sunday’s event in Los Angeles.
The organization said it was “recognizing his legacy as an exceptional marketing strategist, thought leader and founder of Lead With Love.”
AAFCA President and Co-Founder Gil Robertson said, “Our list this year includes titans and pioneers whose work has transformed the cinematic arts.”
