Laura Woods shared a series of snaps of the things she “loved” on Instagram on Friday, with one of her picks being her shirtless boyfriend, Adam Collard.
The sports presenter, 36, who went public with the Love Island star, 28, in October, posted memories of the couple’s numerous romantic getaways at home and abroad.
During one of his vacations, Adam can be seen showing off his muscles while wandering around a river wearing only a pair of shorts.
Laura also donned some skin-tight workout gear as the couple walked their energetic dog Lu, who Adam jokingly called a “menace” in the comments.

While Adam wrote: “Always” before joking: “And that little menace and his buzzing sounds.”
There were also snaps from the couple’s sunny trip to Mexico as they relaxed with cocktails.
The couple went public, much to the chagrin of his ex-girlfriend Lottie Moss, who called him a “cold soul.”
His Love Island ex Rosie Williams also warned Laura about Adam’s “toxic behaviour.”
It comes after Adam shared his life plans with Laura.
He said: ‘I’m protective, whether it’s Laura, my family or my friends. I want to get married. I also want to have children. I’ve always thought, what kind of person will I be? How can I protect my children?
Adam also revealed that he is not worried about the eight-year gap between him and Laura.
He reflected: ‘We’re not necessarily your average everyday couple. We’re both doing a lot and I think I’ve always been beyond my years anyway, I think that’s probably exactly all I’ve needed for a long time.’

These sentiments were echoed when a fan asked on Sunday under a photo of the couple: ‘Is this the first time you put a woman (sic) in your news?’
And Adam answered, ‘The last.’
