It comes after Elyse and her boyfriend Josh Barker bought a $ 2.3 million beach house in Byron Bay two months ago.
Their new 1960s building is located in the old part of Byron Bay town, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by peaceful greenery.
They rented a nearby property last year, which they decorated with rustic and bohemian-style furniture.

Last year, Elyse told Daily Mail Australia that the couple had moved to Byron Bay from Melbourne while looking for a more sustainable lifestyle for themselves.
At a September event, the model explained that she would physically confront strangers that she was lying around in Victoria before finally leaving.
“I just don’t see it lying on the floor. And if they drop trash, I think they should be told, “the activist explained.

After moving to Byron Bay with Josh in January 2019, the star claimed the contrast to Melbourne life was overwhelming.
She said, “Everyone always laughs and always says hello. That was one of the first things I noticed in life [in Byron]. ‘
“The community is more environmentally conscious. It’s conversations people have every day … talking about the ocean and sea life. ‘
