The Spanish actress, 47, wore Bvlgari jewelry valued at more than 200,000 Australian dollars ($127,000) for the premiere of Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga.
For the epic night, Elsa showed off her incredible figure in a low-cut black satin dress with elaborate jeweled straps and 1920s-style tassels.
It was filled with expensive Bvlgari jewelry, including a gorgeous white gold Serpenti Viper necklace with diamonds, valued at AUD145,000 ($91,000).
Elsa also wore white gold diamond earrings from the Serpenti Viper collection, which cost AUD57,000 ($36,000).

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Anya only has 30 lines of dialogue in the film’s two hour and 28 minute running time.
Anya recently admitted that filming had been a very difficult experience for her and hinted at several challenges behind the scenes.
She told the New York Times: “I’ve never been more alone than making that movie.” I don’t want to go into it too much, but everything I thought was going to be easy turned out to be difficult.
The Mad Max prequel Furiosa tells the origin story of a young Imperator Furiosa, played by Anya, while Chris plays the villain Dementus.
“Like I knew I was going to need the two years it took for the movie to come out to deal with that.”
She admitted she wasn’t sure she would be able to watch the film again, revealing she started “sobbing” within “two minutes” of watching an early version.
‘I wanted them to change me. He wanted to be in an in extremis situation where he had no choice but to grow. And I got it,” she explained.
“I will never regret this experience, on so many different levels, but it is a very unique story.”
