Elon Musk has dished out $35 million on a sprawling Texas compound for his various exes and eleven children to live together, according to inside sources.
The billionaire reportedly purchased ownership of several mansions in Austin with his growing family in mind, hoping that his youngest child could grow up conveniently next to each other.
Four insiders told the New York Times that Musk bought the 14,00-square-foot mansion so his family could live on “adjacent properties,” allowing him to “schedule time” for his younger children.
And while it’s unclear if all of Musk’s exes are on board, Shivon Zilis, an executive at Neuralink, a Musk brain technology startup, has reportedly already moved into one of the mansions in the Austin complex.
Zilis and Musk welcomed twins, Strider and Azure, two years ago, and a third child was born earlier this year.

Musk recently moved to Pennsylvania in hopes of helping Donald Trump win back the White House, but sources told the Times that when he’s in Texas, he often lives in a mansion a 10-minute walk from his planned family compound.
The $35 million Austin property is reportedly designed in the style of Tuscan villas and includes a main house and at least a six-bedroom mansion behind it.
Musk’s plan was reportedly for the mothers of his three children to move to the enclave along with his eleven children, however his tumultuous family life means some family members may not want to join.
Musk made headlines in 2022 when he welcomed his tenth and eleventh children with Zilis, to whom he reportedly donated sperm.
Musk reportedly hopes his ex Claire Boucher, known as musician Grimes, will live in the complex with their three children, however the former couple are embroiled in a bitter custody fight.
This includes Musk’s transgender daughter, Vivian Wilson, 20, who changed her name and said she wanted “nothing to do” with her father since they had a public fight.
Elon may have buried their relationship earlier this year, as he claimed his “son” had been “killed by the awakened mind virus” while explaining his support for Donald Trump.
And although Zilis has already moved into one of the houses with her children, Musk’s other exes have yet to reciprocate.

The richest man in the world shares five adult children with his first wife Justine Musk
The birth of Musk’s most recent children in 2022 also sparked an apparent family rift when Zilis, a Neuralink executive, became pregnant with twins.
It was later learned that Musk had donated sperm to Zilis through IVF, the same method Musk welcomed his children with his first wife Justine Musk, and Zilis was pregnant at the same time Grimes was expecting her second child with Musk.
Grimes reportedly only found out that Musk was the father of Zilis’ children a month after they were born, and Elon allegedly added insult to injury by giving her a name they had decided on for their daughter, Valkyrie, and giving it to one of Zilis’s twins, sources. he told the Times.
Musk also has adult children with his first wife, Justine Musk, including Vivian, Vivian’s twin Griffin, both 20, and triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian, all 18.
They also had a baby who tragically died at just 10 weeks old in 2002.
While Elon may be looking to the future and his new generation of offspring for his Austin compound, sources told the Times that “there’s room” for his adult children if they want to visit.
