The musician went on to explain how being pregnant throughout the lockdown “has sent my nervous system into overdrive” and without an outlet to perform her anxiety has become even more “painful”.
Ellie explained how she appreciates “slow motions like stretching” to release her feelings and prefers holistic approaches.
“I’ll keep trying things,” she admitted, “since the pandemic, I don’t know a single person who, in fact, doesn’t have anxiety.”

Then it was delayed again, this time due to issues with the “Material Sources” for the physical formats.
In a lengthy statement on Instagram, she wrote, “As you know, making these products as green as possible is very important to me, so we’ve worked hard to keep that promise.”
