The Lebanese designer was on hand to present his Olivia Palermo and Johannes Huebl show as guests gathered in the French capital for the penultimate day of haute couture womenswear shows.
Leading a host of stars ahead of Wednesday’s event, Ellie, 37, turned heads in a loose, semi-sheer frock coat belted at the waist.
A matching mini skirt and thigh-high leather boots completed the look, while her signature blonde hair was styled in a conventional center part.
The singer, who attended the event after partying with Taylor Swift at London’s Chiltern Firehouse on Monday night, settled in alongside fellow guest Olivia Palermo after posing for a series of photos.

The Canadian singer completed her look with a wide-brimmed hat, while her bold makeup gave the overall look a dramatic touch.
To add an extra touch of glamour to the event, Swedish model Victoria Silvstedt was also present during the kick-off of the event.
Ellie’s appearance comes after she reunited with her ex-husband Caspar Jopling, just a day after returning from Costa Rica where she spent time with her new surfer boyfriend.
The couple, who announced their separation after four years of marriage in February, were seen on a walk in London last Saturday looking relaxed.
Ellie and Casper, who said they remain “the closest of friends” and are “successfully parenting” their three-year-old son Arthur together, have been spotted together on multiple occasions despite their split.
Their united front comes just days after she was spotted taking a sunset dip with surf instructor Armando Perez near the small coastal town of Santa Teresa.
Ellie met Armando in December during a girls’ vacation in the Central American country that borders Nicaragua and Panama.
