Ellen DeGeneres has decided to ditch Botox and fillers.
The comedian, 66, said in her latest Netflix special, ‘Ellen DeGeneres: For Your Approval,’ that she is embracing aging and has stopped undergoing cosmetic procedures on her face.
‘I used to say I didn’t care what other people thought of me. Now, looking back, I realize I said that at the height of my popularity,” Ellen shared on the show, which premiered Tuesday.
‘Hey, if I look older than the last time you saw me it’s because I’m older than the last time you saw me. And I also stopped getting Botox and fillers.’
Ellen also revealed that she has been battling a number of health issues and began therapy after toxic workplace accusations infamously made against her took a toll on her mental health and led to the elimination of her eponymous talk show.

“I used to get Botox and fillers when I didn’t care what other people thought of me… it was a waste of time worrying about what other people thought of us,” she said.
