Cricket legend Shane died aged 52 of “natural causes” in Koh Samui, Thailand on March 4, 2022.

Liz, who was in a relationship with Shane from 2010 to 2013, flew to Oz with her 22-year-old son, who wrote about the importance of the trip on Instagram on Thursday.

Sharing photographs with Brooke, 27, Jackson, 25, and Summer, 22, at The Birdcage at Flemington Racecourse for Crown Oaks Day, the photographer said he had wanted to “put off” going to Australia “to always,” as it would “make the reality of Shane’s passing really sink in.”

But Damian said meeting the cricketer’s children “filled his heart” as they spent some quality time together.
