And Elizabeth Hurley has discussed her “strong” friendship with ex-boyfriend Hugh Grant, 60, saying they’ve “been through so much as a couple.”
The actress, 55, also revealed that she thinks the best way to “maintain good relationships with your exes” is to respect their current lives, partners and children.

She said People Magazine: ‘I’m still very good friends with Hugh, you know, we’ve been through so much together.
“But I’ve been thinking, one of the most important things about maintaining a good relationship with your exes is to have a lot of respect for their current lives.
“We haven’t been romantically involved in 20 years, I think, even though we have such a strong friendship, but we are always very aware that there are other people in our lives.”

She did add that you must respect each other’s partners and children and that you cannot live in ‘a beautiful, rosy mist of the past’.
The beauty explained that you have to “go with the times” and be “very respectful of the present.”
The couple broke up 21 years ago after dating for 13 years.
It comes after last October Elizabeth revealed that she still talks to Hugh ‘a lot’.

She said her former partner is still her go-to person as he is a reliable source when she needs career advice.
She told People: “The last time I spoke to Hugh would be this morning. I speak to him quite a lot. I asked him for advice on a script I had just received.
“I still go to him for scripting advice, even though he’s very happily married and has five kids and I’m very happy in my own life, there are still certain bits that we get along really well with.”
Elizabeth added: “And asking for advice about work, he’s still my go-to person.”
The former duo remain close friends, despite their breakup in 2000 after 13 years together.
Hugh is now happily married to television producer Anna Elisabet Eberstein, after the couple tied the knot in 2018.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth is currently single but has had several high profile relationships with the likes of Arun Nayar and Shane Warne.
Last September, she declared her love for Hugh when she wished him a happy birthday and congratulated him on turning 60.

The actress shared a hilarious throwback video of her former flame knocking out some moves in the movie Love Actually, while congratulating him on “a wonderful addition to the human race.”
She uploaded the funny video of Hugh – in which he plays the Prime Minister – shaking things up in a white shirt and slacks to the song Jump (For My Love) by The Pointer Sisters.
Elizabeth captioned the special birthday post: “A late one (because it took me two days to figure out how to get a shot).
Happy 60th birthday to the glorious Hugh Grant – a wonderful addition to the human race – even if he looks like a monkey. ❤️ you forever xxxx’.
