It comes after Ekin-Su delighted fans with the news that she had written a book.
The explosive memoir includes what really happened in her relationship with Davide Sanclimenti, as well as a look back at her time on reality TV so far.
In January, Ekin-Su split from the 29-year-old Italian businessman for the second time after a series of heated clashes over his friendships with OnlyFans models.
The reality star described their relationship as a “rollercoaster” and admitted that while the couple, who won Love Island 2022, “care deeply about each other”, they just couldn’t make it work.
This is not the first time Ekin-su has made reference to her ex-boyfriend.
Last month, the influencer took to her Instagram Stories to post a photo of herself wearing a t-shirt that read “world’s best ex-girlfriend” to poke fun at her recent breakup.
And in another clip, Ekin-Su also joked that she was ‘dancing with her partner’ as she spun in circles alone.
The little nods towards her ex come after she admitted that she has “a lot more boundaries” in her future relationships following her split from the Italian heartthrob.
Ekin-Su completed her look with a pair of nude below-the-knee boots and a small pair of diamond earrings.

In her tell-all book Be Your Own Best Friend, she will openly discuss childhood trauma and bullying, as well as recall her experiences taking part in Love Island, The Traitors US and Celebrity Big Brother.
She said The sun: ‘It’s everything I experienced with Davide, there’s a lot there. I don’t want to hide anymore, I don’t want to lie or protect other people anymore, this is my truth.’
She added that writing the book felt “like therapy” and said, “I want people to know me for who I am, not the work I’ve done or the people I’ve dated.”
The star took to Instagram to reveal the launch of her book in early July.
Sharing a casual photo dressed in linen pants and a crop top, she wrote: “Writing this has taken me on a rollercoaster of emotions! I’m nervous to share with you the most vulnerable parts of me.
‘I hope it helps you all understand me a little better, why I am the way I am and why I’m not perfect.

“As you all know, I live in Los Angeles right now. My home was broken into and nearly $1.2 million worth of personal and valuable belongings were stolen in six minutes.”
She continued in another snap showing empty shelves and a discarded £2,650 Christian Dior handbag: ‘Just goes to show that the saying is true, “evil always attacks the pure of heart” but I’m trying to stay positive that good people will always win in the end!
‘I’m taking a few days to reset, move house and keep moving forward.’
Despite his traumatic experience, Davide appears to have made the most of his move to the United States and was spotted attending the premiere of Cate Blanchett’s new film, Borderlands.
The reality star looked dapper in a grey checked suit and an open white shirt and completed his sleek look with a pair of chunky platform loafers.
