Gonzalez said fans should take a more sensitive stance on how they view celebrities like Lopez, who made headlines amid marital problems with Ben Affleck and a canceled summer music tour.
“People are human, they make mistakes and some personal things happen to them and at the same time they have to constantly be perfect in front of the public,” González said.
He added that “the world is a pretty complicated place” and “the best thing we could do right now is be kind, since “we have no idea what people are experiencing.”
