They recently recreated Monica and Ross’ iconic Friends dance “The Routine.”

And Ed Sheeran again enlisted Courteney Cox’s help on Thursday to tease fans about the possibility of new music coming later this month.

The singer, 30, shared a short clip of himself singing and strumming the guitar, while the actress, 56, played a few notes on the piano.

The video showed Courtney playing the piano and concentrating on the opening before the camera panned to record Ed.

He then sang a few notes and played a few more guitar chords before reflecting on his friend’s impressive skills on the keys.

Showing their strong friendship, the duo looked at each other and burst out laughing as the very short clip came to an end.

Since fans aren’t sure what the exciting update will bring, Ed simply captioned the video: ‘June 25th’

Ed’s devoted fans were quick to share their excitement at the thought of new music on the way, with lots of gushing reactions in the comments.

One person wrote: ‘Ahhh! I’m so ready for it to sound great wowwww’

While another expressed his confusion, adding, “What’s happening. I’m not done’

And some music lovers wondered if the Friends actress will appear on the record, asking, “Is Courteney making music now?”

Courteney and Ed’s friendship dates back years after he helped her pair up with her longtime boyfriend Johnny McDaid from the band Snow Patrol.

The two have been together since 2013, and the Friends star appeared to repay Ed a year later when she let him stay at her Malibu beach house for free while she wrote songs.

“There was no rent, but I made the bed and cups of tea and things like that. When you stay at your friend’s house, treat it like your own home,” he said The sun at that moment.

“Well, actually that’s a lie — because I don’t make my own bed at home,” he added.

It comes after Ed and Courteney joined forces in a playful Instagram video shared on Sunday that matched Monica’s choreographed dance with Ross from the sixth-season episode The One With The Routine.

“Just some routine dancing with a friend…” she captioned the hilarious video while tagging Ed and adding the hashtag “ReRoutine.”

The singer kicked off the dance by pointing comically from Courteney’s eyes to his, before counting “five, six, seven, eight” as she snapped her fingers.

Like the original, she pretended to punch her partner before swaying back and forth in front of him.

Then she crouched on the floor as Ed jumped over her.

They looked particularly silly as they lifted one leg and grabbed it by the ankle while bouncing up and down, holding their hands to the back of their heads.

The video ended in humorous disaster after Courteney rushed to jump into Ed’s arms, but she passed and flew right past him and landed flat on the grass while also pulling Ed down with her.

The dancers even managed to recreate the atmosphere of the original dance by playing the show’s audio, featuring the audience’s laugh track, rather than just the original song, Loreta’s Trouble With Boys.

Later on Sunday, Courteney urged her 11.1 million Instagram followers to try “The Routine” for herself.

“I have a friend to do the routine with me…can you?” she wrote, before urging her fans to post and tag their own versions.

In The One With The Routine, Monica and Ross both managed to get in on Dick Clark’s Rockin’ Eve party, but only a select few were able to dance on a platform broadcast in the US.

To show off their talents, they shuffled everyone off the dance floor and performed their pre-choreographed routine for the stage manager, who seemed impressed.

It was all a joke though, as they had to repeat the dance, but it was only recorded for the blooper reel.
