In recent years, Letitia has prioritized her health and well-being and has eliminated one of her bad habits.

While her total weight loss was not revealed, in January the actress said she had gone from 4.7kg to 4.9kg, dropping four dress sizes in just four months.

Letitia admitted she had tried ‘fad diets’ in the past which never worked, but after giving up junk food she has now started to feel better.

Speaking to Closer, the soap star said: “It was amazing. I found I had a lot more energy than when I was eating junk food.”

Now Letitia has made long-term changes and enjoys “skinless roast chicken” and “lots of vegetables.”

She said: ‘The main reason I wanted to do something about my figure was that I was fed up with extreme diets and the ups and downs of my weight.

“One morning I woke up and couldn’t take it anymore. For years and years, as far back as I can remember, my weight had been up and down on and off. I was on fad diets like Atkins or eating only eggs.”

Letitia said she had lost “four kilos in a couple of weeks with a yo-yo diet” but admitted that it is not sustainable and she quickly returned to her old ways.

Letitia admitted that in the past she tried

Letitia admitted that she tried “fad diets” in the past that never worked, but after giving up junk food, she now started to feel better.

Now, the BBC star has revealed that he follows a well-balanced diet, consuming 1,300 calories a day, and complements his healthy eating regime with exercises such as running and boxercise.

According to the NHS website, the recommended calorie intake, generally speaking, is around 2,000 calories per day for women and 2,500 calories per day for men.

This comes after Letitia reported online scammers for using her profile to sell weight loss pills.

A source close to Letitia told MailOnline: ‘It is complete nonsense for B+ Weight Management or any other weight loss brand to claim that Letitia has given permission for her image to be used.

‘This advertisement and product have absolutely no relevance to Letitia and she urges all potential customers to do their research before purchasing weight loss products, especially those that claim to be endorsed by celebrities.’

Adverts for B+ Weight Management slimming pills are being spread on Facebook and when interested people click on a link, they are sent to a fake interview with Letitia in which she claims the pills made her “lose five stone in two weeks”.

She also claimed Letitia needed to lose weight or undergo surgery, as well as wild claims her BBC bosses were “furious” about her new body shape.

The scammers went so far as to fabricate a fake interview Letitia did with ITV’s Good Morning Britain, despite the soap star rarely speaking in public.

Her EastEnders co-star Natalie Cassidy, who plays Sonia Fowler, warned fans during an Instagram live stream that Letitia’s involvement with the company was not true and rejected claims that her own weight loss was due to the pills.
