Strictly Come Dancing star Bobby Brazier has addressed rumors surrounding his love life, specifically his alleged relationship with his EastEnders co-star Jazzy Phoenix.
Reports suggested Bobby, 20, had moved on from Ellie Leach to Jazzy, 23, after the pair were seen together amid Jazzy’s return to the soap for filming.
Although Jazzy, who plays Nadine Keller, described Bobby as a “lovely boy”, the model-turned-actor revealed all at the BAFTA TV Awards on Sunday.
Wearing a smart black suit and white shirt at the event, Bobby firmly denied any romantic relationship with Jazzy and joked: “What new girlfriend?”
He clarified to the daily express‘Jazzy is not my new girlfriend,’ stating that they are simply good friends.

Even though Jazzy, who plays Nadine Keller, described Bobby as a “lovely guy,” he shut down all rumors confirming that she was not his girlfriend.
Bobby’s dating history includes a fling with Ellie Leach, with whom he shared the Strictly dance floor last year.
The couple first sparked dating rumors during Strictly Come Dancing in December and grew closer during the BBC show’s tour from January to February.
However, they have reportedly decided to split as their busy lives go in different directions, just weeks after the romance surfaced.
Bobby returned to his character Freddie Slater in Eastenders and is reportedly exploring a possible career in Hollywood, while Ellie is busy touring UK theaters with the stage production of Cluedo.
The news comes after it was revealed that Ellie She had “moved to London” when her relationship with Bobby blossomed.
The Strictly champion lives in the capital where Bobby lives with his father after starting a romance.
Ellie was also linked to her professional dance partner Vito Coppola, but despite her victory in the competition, their relationship cooled shortly after the tour ended in February.
Reflecting on their time together, Ellie shared her thoughts in an interview with Fabulous magazine, emphasizing their strong friendship and the bond they formed during the Strictly tour.
Bobby, who plays Freddie Slater, insisted the pair were very good friends.
Bobby had previously been linked to fellow Strictly contestant Ellie Leach in December, when the pair grew closer during the BBC show’s tour from January to February.
Ellie has expressed her affection for her professional dance partner Vito because of their shared experiences and close friendship.
She revealed: ‘During the series you are with your dance partner 24/7. And when you’re in the studio on Fridays and Saturdays there are time constraints, so you can’t spend time together.
“During the tour we were able to be together and learn from each other, which is something we haven’t really had the opportunity to do.”
While their romantic connection may have failed, Ellie expressed how much she is fond of Vito because of their shared experiences and long-lasting friendship.
He added: “We are great friends. We got on very well and still do. We had a great time on tour and we will always have Strictly in common to turn to and remember.”
