The high-profile sexologist Chantelle Otten has made sure that the house she shares with her Paralympic boyfriend Dylan Alcott is fully wheelchair accessible.

She revealed on Instagram on Wednesday that she had installed ramps for Dylan to use, describing their sleek black design as “sexy.”

Chantelle didn’t draw any attention to them at first and instead just shared a selfie showing the slopes in the background.

But once fans started commenting, she decided to explain why they were there.

‘We do have a sexy ramp in the house; it’s made for Dyl,” she wrote.

Last week, Chantelle spoke candidly about the completion of her relationship with the wheelchair tennis player, who triumphed at this year’s Paralympic Games in Tokyo.

“I think we were both pretty nervous to be honest… But we practiced a lot and it worked out well,” she said. news.com.au.

Chantelle went on to say she was offended by people who stopped the couple on the street from calling her “brave” because she was dating someone with a disability.

“I just think people come up to me and say that to me while my beautiful friend is sitting next to me in his chair. It just breaks my heart,” she said.

“I think it’s really scary for some people to see people with disabilities as an erotic being because it’s too challenging for them to think outside the box.”

Earlier this year, Dylan revealed that he and Chantelle have a very fulfilling sex life in an interview with Good weekend magazine.

“My partner Chantelle is a sexologist – a sex doctor – so I certainly got lucky in that department,” said the 30-year-old athlete.

He also discussed the first time they had sex and admitted he was very nervous.

‘I thought, ‘You do it with the best!’ But we are both sex positive. It’s important for me to talk about it,” he said.

Dylan also revealed the one thing he wished he had known about sex when he was younger.

He said that during his childhood there was no information online about sex for people with disabilities, and that watching pornography only added to his insecurities.

“But one thing I’ve learned is that people can have sex in any way. And of course I must be doing something right if I’ve managed to lock up someone like Chantelle,” he said.

The pair made their public debut at a tennis event in April 2019, having met at a book signing earlier that year.
