Police are searching for a five-week-old baby boy who is believed to be missing with his 17-year-old father.

Teenage father Dwayne Woods was last seen in Mandurah, Western Australia around midday on Thursday.

He was last seen near Terry Crescent and Wyeree Road.

“Concerns for the well-being of the five-week-old baby remain and it is extremely important that police find Dwayne as soon as possible,” police said.

Anyone with information should contact the police.
