This is the moment Prince Andrew was caught on camera appearing to be staring down a blonde office worker during an official visit to his company.
The embattled Duke of York, who has hit the headlines in recent days amid a row over Chinese spies, was photographed apparently concerned about the young woman’s assets in the early 2000s.
Unaware of the royal’s wayward glances at the time, it was only later that the then 24-year-old events manager was shown a photograph of their meeting, and revealed that Prince Andrew appeared to be staring at her cleavage.
The woman, who is now in her 40s, said the sun that the Duke of York showed up at her offices and, according to her, immediately made a beeline for the young, blonde, attractive employee.
He then stayed close to her throughout the event.
She recalled: ‘He wouldn’t leave me alone.
“She was wearing a low-cut blouse, but she was wearing a jacket, so she wasn’t dressed outrageously.”
The woman believes she must have been focused on her CEO speaking at the time the photo was taken, as she is looking straight ahead.

Andrew, however, was not looking in the same direction.
Adding that she felt the royal visitor was “creepy”, she said: “He was more interested in looking at my breasts than learning about our business.”
The image emerged as Andrew was seen for the first time on Monday amid accusations that a man he has had a decade-long friendship with has been exposed as a Chinese spy.
Named Yang Tengbo, the alleged agent was so close to Andrew that he visited Buckingham Palace twice and entered St James’s Palace and Windsor Castle.
The king is understood to be furious that Andrew has plunged the royal family into another scandal.
Amid the furore, Andrew was urged to “do the right thing” and uninvite him to the Royal Family Christmas lunch.
He was due to attend an annual Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace on Thursday and then the traditional walk from Sandringham to St Madeleine’s Church on Christmas Day in front of a crowd of spectators.
But on Monday it was revealed that Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah, Duchess of York, Avoid annual celebrations in Norfolk.
Prince Andrew’s decade-long friendship with Yang Tenbo, who is allegedly a Chinese spy, came under scrutiny this week.
