Dua recently revealed that she had finally returned to America with boyfriend Anwar, after an idyllic outing on the island of St Lucia.
The young couple was welcomed by Anwar’s mom Yolanda with a heartfelt post uploaded to Instagram earlier this month.
Despite eager to return, the couple had to be quarantined in the Caribbean beforehand to isolate because Dua is not a registered U.S. citizen.

They were originally stuck at ‘a random Airbnb’ in London after the award-winning belter from her Australian tour returned home to flood her apartment.
Dua, who recently spoke about Good Morning Britain, said it is just her second album and said it is going well and that she is enjoying a rare break with Anwar.
“I’m still in the air, it’s all good,” she told the ITV show. “My friend and I are used to it, we travel a lot so we can go home anywhere.
“I came back from Australia and when the self-isolating thing started to happen, I had to find a place quickly.”
Speaking of lockdown with Anwar, she said, “I’m with my friend Anwar. We play Xbox, read and try to learn new recipes.
“Yesterday we made lamb – Anwar’s father sent us the recipe. It was fun to cook together, which is fortunate because it was a three hour activity; it’s the most ambitious thing I’ve ever wanted to make.
‘It is very satisfying when it turns out to be in the photo. Today I am making a leek stew that my mom would cook, which really brings me back to my childhood.
“Anwar has dyed my hair in all kinds of colors – pink, orange, red – it’s been a different color every week.”
