‘Drive to Survive’ chief reveals how Red Bull boss Christian Horner’s ‘sex text’ scandal will be covered in the new season – and what Geri Halliwell’s husband said to him after the story broke

The executive producer of Netflix’s Drive to Survive has revealed how the show will cover the Christian Horner scandal when the new season arrives.

Formula One has been rocked by allegations of inappropriate behavior against the Red Bull boss made by a colleague in his team, along with the husband of former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, since an independent panel cleared him of misconduct.

“It will have to be referenced somehow, yes,” he said. the Telegraph. “And everyone will want it to be told in a particular way, so it’s about treading that line to keep everyone happy and keep Netflix and us happy, so we can sleep at night with the decisions we’ve made.”

Gay-Rees also said he had spoken to Horner since the allegations came to light and revealed what the racing boss told him.

Aside from Horner being in the spotlight, Red Bull has still enjoyed a great start to the season after Max Verstappen, who has been a vocal critic of Drive to Survive, won the first two three races, before being forced to withdraw from the Australian Grand Prix. Prize.
